Absolutely. We offer samples on a case-by-case basis. Not all customers are eligible for free samples. All customers are welcome to order small selection of hats for testing since we have very low minimums.

Sure! Chat with us to get the process started. We offer single hat custom orders and also work with customers to provide pre-production samples. It is important to us that you get exactly what you need. Sometimes that means really small orders and setups to dial in the details.
Yes! That is preferred. The best formats are vector formats. The file extensions include .svg, .ai, or .pdf. We also accept high-resolution black and white png or jpg images. If you upload vector artwork please make sure that all fonts are outlined. This turns the font into a shape so that our systems aren’t dependent on having the same fonts installed.

Our pricing is based on tiers. The more you buy, the better the pricing.
We produce our leather patches from genuine, full-grain vegetable tanned leather. Our synthetic leather patches are made from leatherette of varying colors and thicknesses. The acrylic patches are made from 100% acrylic that is 1/16″ thick. The sub-dye patches are made from 100% polyester twill.
We have thoroughly tested all of our patches materials for durability. We have also thoroughly tested our adhesive for longevity and durability.
