Refund Policy for purchases made from Snag Customs: I do not accept returns. My items are custom made to your specifications and I cannot accept returns on custom items. I do stand by my work and I will do what I can to fix or replace your items. If you have a failure that is not from normal wear and tear or abuse send an email via the contact form and I will get back to you with your options. For in stock items that are not customized, some hats and other items, I offer a 30-day return policy. The item must be unused, unworn and in resalable condition. I reserve the right to cancel the refund if the item returned in not in the aforementioned condition upon arrival. It is recommended to return the item via a shipping carrier that includes tracking.

You are responsible for return shipping but not responsible for repair or replacement costs due to premature failure. All repairs or returns must be authorized prior to return. Any product returned without prior authorization will not be credited, refunded or repaired.
